Protein

The Foundation of Good Health

The importance of a high protein diet cannot be overstated. People cannot recieve significant protein through any source other than meat, and we need well rounded meals with good portions of meat.

There has never been a successful vegetarian society in the history of man that we can point to. The closest you can find are vegetarians in India, but they eat a very high concentration of insects in their grains. When they move to the US and implement the diet that worked so well their whole lives, it typically leads to obvious health problems. This is because the insects, very rich in protein, do not exist in the American vegetarian food chain.

Soy is a legume, which is known to negetively impact thyroid function. Soy is an inadequate source of protein for a human being.

Carbs are the cheapest way to fill the stomach, and with out proper balance . Unfortunately, most every carb based food is laden with massively excessive amounts of gluten, sugar, and chemical preservatives.

Most every animal meat available at the grocery store has been consuming feed that's laden with chemicals like fungicides, pesticides and fertilizers that are designed to resist washing off of the grains before harvest. These chemicals attach themselves to the grains and acid rain wont even wash them off. These chemicals are a human invention and are totally foreign to the ecosystem, and thus foreign to the biology of the animals (including people). When the animal's body ingests these residues, it simply cannot metabolise them, so it stores the chemicals in body tissue (usually fat). When humans consume animal fat, our bodies do the exact same thing when the toxins get transfered to the new body.
